A flexible thermoplastic PVC waterstop designed to stop water migration through construction and expansion joints in concrete structures. Its multi-rib profile forms barriers to water movement, with sealing beginning as the concrete hardens.

Application

For water-retaining and below-ground concrete structures, including basements, reservoirs, swimming pools, sewage treatment plants, retaining walls, lift shafts, tunnels, culverts and service pits. Select the profile to suit the joint design.

How to Use

Position the waterstop centrally in the construction or expansion joint, aligning the profile with the joint plane.
Secure it to the reinforcement with suitable ties or clips to prevent displacement during pouring.
Place and compact concrete carefully on both sides, ensuring full encapsulation without voids or honeycombing.
Where connections are required, join the sections with suitable PVC waterstop welding equipment, ensuring clean, even connections.
Check positioning and concrete compaction during installation. Follow the current Sika installation instructions and project joint design.

One 20m roll of Sika Waterbar O VN in the selected O-15, O-20 or O-25 profile. Welding equipment and fixing accessories are not listed as included.
