|---|---|
| Mixing Ratio | Component A : B = 2 : 1 (by weight/volume) |
| Pot Life at +30°C | 35 minutes |
| Consumption | 0.3–0.8 kg/m² depending on substrate condition |
Application Steps
- Substrate Preparation: Surface must be clean and sound. May be dry or damp but free of standing water. Remove dust, laitance, grease, curing compounds, impregnations, waxes, foreign particles, and disintegrated materials. Concrete: sandblast or use other approved mechanical methods. Steel: sandblast to white metal finish (SA 2½).
- Mixing: Pre-mix each component separately. Proportion 2 parts Component A to 1 part Component B into a clean pail. Mix thoroughly for 3 minutes with a paddle on low-speed drill (400–600 rpm) until uniform in colour. Mix only the quantity that can be used within the pot life.
- Application: Apply Sikadur®-732 evenly onto the prepared substrate at 0.3–0.8 kg/m² using a brush, roller, or trowel. Place fresh concrete or structural element onto the adhesive while it is still wet and tacky. For bolt/dowel grouting, inject or pour into the hole and insert the bolt immediately.
- Important Notes: Do not exceed the pot life. Do not add solvents or thinners. Protect from rain and moisture until fully cured.

- Substrate Preparation: Surface must be clean, sound, level, and free of oil or grease. Remove laitance and loose particles by sandblasting or high-pressure water jetting. Pre-wet absorbent substrates to saturated surface dry condition.
- Mixing: Add powder to ~4.0–4.6 L of clean water. Mix with a handheld or mechanical mixer for 3–5 minutes until a homogeneous, lump-free paste is achieved. Allow to stand 1–2 minutes, then re-mix for 1 minute before use.
- Application: Apply with a notched trowel onto the substrate and butter the back of the tile for better coverage. For tiles with deep grooves, ensure full coverage in the grooves. Press tiles firmly and tamp into position. Adjust within 20 minutes of application.
- Cleaning: Clean tools with water before material hardens. Hardened material can only be removed mechanically.
