🔧 JADEVER — Warranty Conditions

1. The product must be used correctly and maintained properly according to the manual before the warranty can be claimed.
2. Warranty does not cover damage caused by the user's own negligence or improper use.
3. Damage from fire, flood, lightning, earthquake, or other natural disasters is not covered.
4. Spare parts replaced during repair are covered only once under warranty; consumable parts are excluded.
5. Warranty does not cover products that have been modified or repaired by unauthorized technicians.
6. Damage caused by using incompatible accessories or chemicals is not covered.
7. Products with removed or altered serial numbers are not eligible for warranty.
8. Warranty is void if the warranty card is missing or the purchase receipt cannot be provided.
9. Transportation costs to and from the service center are the customer's responsibility.

1. Products are warranted for quality from the date of purchase for a period specified on the product label or packaging.
2. Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
3. Damage from accidents, misuse, or abuse is not covered.
4. The company reserves the right to repair, replace parts, or replace the product — not to refund cash, exchange for a different model, or make modifications.
5. The warranty card must accompany the product for any warranty service.
6. Accessories are warranted for 1–3 months depending on the type.
7. Consumable parts (e.g. blades, brushes) are not covered under warranty.
8. Buyers must not attempt repairs themselves; doing so voids the warranty.
9. Products used with incompatible accessories or in ways causing damage are not covered.

• The warranty period starts from the date of purchase. Present this card with dealer stamp and purchase receipt when making a claim.
• Does not cover accidental damage, negligence, misuse, use of non-Kärcher chemicals, or operation not following the user guide.
• For steam cleaners and ironing stations, water/moisture inside the unit may be present due to pre-delivery factory testing — this is normal and not a defect.
• Does not cover damage from floods, lightning, storms, or other bad weather.
• Does not cover reimbursement for transportation charges.
• This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to products sold in Cambodia.
