Application Information

Parameter Value
Mixing Ratio (Flowable) 4.0–4.4 L water per 25 kg bag
Mixing Ratio (Pourable) 3.6–4.0 L water per 25 kg bag
Mixing Ratio (Stiff) 3.0–3.4 L water per 25 kg bag

Ambient Temperature +10°C min / +40°C max
Substrate Temperature +10°C min / +40°C max

Consumption

  • Flowable: 1.84 kg per litre of mortar – 74 bags per m³
  • Pourable: 1.90 kg per litre of mortar – 76 bags per m³
  • For sections thicker than 50 mm, extend with graded 10 mm silt-free aggregates (max. 1:1 by weight)

Application Steps

  • Mixing: Pour 70–80% of premeasured water into a clean container. Gradually add the full bag while continuously mixing. Add remaining water and mix for 2–3 minutes at ~500 rpm (slow speed drill and paddle). For large quantities, use a forced-action mixer. Do not use free-fall mixers.
  • Application: After mixing, stir lightly with a spatula to release entrapped air, then pour immediately into prepared formwork. Maintain sufficient pressure head for uninterrupted flow. For large areas, maintain continuous flow and use heavy-duty diaphragm, screw feed, or piston pumps as needed.
  • Specific Uses: Base plate grouting (pourable), formwork/honeycomb repair (flowable/pourable), anchor bolt grouting (stiff), large volume grouting >50 mm (extend with 10 mm aggregates, max 1:1 by weight).
  • Curing: If formwork repair, leave formwork in place for at least 3 days. Upon removal, cure exposed surfaces immediately with Antisol®-E curing compound or approved equivalent.
  • Cleaning: Clean all tools and equipment with water immediately after use. Hardened material can only be removed mechanically.
