Application Steps
- Dispensing: Measure the required dosage of Sika® Plastocrete® (0.5 kg per 2 cement bags). Dispense the liquid directly into the mixing water before adding aggregates and cement.
- Mixing: Mix concrete or mortar as normal. The admixture will improve workability and allow easier compaction without additional water.
- Important: Accidental overdosing extends the initial setting time but will not entrain excessive air. If overdosing occurs, do not disturb the concrete – ensure it is properly cured and consult Sika Technical Department.
- Curing: Cure concrete as per standard practice to achieve maximum strength and watertightness.
