Return Policy
At ESE Mall, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Return Window You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, we are unable to accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged.
2. Eligibility Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Item is unused and in its original condition
- Item is in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags included
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided
- Item is not listed under non-returnable items (see Section 4)
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our Customer Service team at info@esemall.com within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number, item(s) to be returned, and reason for return
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days
- Ship the item back using the provided instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, installed, or assembled
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
- Consumable items (e.g., filter bags, cleaning chemicals)
- Custom or special-order items
- Items without original packaging or missing accessories
5. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- If you paid by bank transfer or cash on delivery, refunds will be issued via bank transfer
6. Exchanges If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will exchange it at no additional cost. Please contact us at info@esemall.com with photos of the item and your order details.
7. Warranty Claims Many of our products come with manufacturer warranties. For warranty claims, please refer to the product documentation or contact us and we will assist you in processing the claim with the manufacturer.
