At ESE Mall, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Domestic Shipping (Cambodia) We offer delivery across Cambodia through our trusted local logistics partners.
- Phnom Penh: 1–2 business days
- Provincial areas: 3–7 business days
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
3. International Shipping ESE Mall ships to selected international destinations. International delivery times vary by country:
- Southeast Asia: 5–10 business days
- Rest of World: 10–21 business days
- International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their country.
4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order weight, dimensions, and destination. Free shipping promotions may apply — check our current promotions for details.
5. Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through our logistics partner's website.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@esemall.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
7. Delivery Restrictions We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or certain remote areas. If we are unable to deliver to your address, we will notify you and arrange an alternative solution.
